ROAD TO SUCCESS, Erasmus+ Youth Mobility Project

“Road to success" is a Youth Exchange project that Erasmus Network Beligum is coordinatin. The project is focused on the importance of developing youngsters’ and youth workers’ teamwork and leadership skills. The participants will be able to learn more about the different kinds of decision-making which will develop their sense of entrepreneurship and will enhance their employability. In 2022, the project will gather 42 young people from Belgium, Hungary, Slovakia, Estonia, Turkey, Croatia and Portugal. 

The project aims to foster the personal and professional development of young people by helping them to develop teamwork skills, initiative,leadership, communication, social and motivational skills within the international working environment. We want to contribute to the creation of more educated, professional, outgoing, open minded, critical, social youth that is aware of democracy and social rights and the importance of interpersonal skills.
