YOUTH COMPETENCES, Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project

YOUTH COMPETENCES is an international youth exchange project held in Samobor, Croatia between 4-11 August 2020, focused on the development of the key competences within the concept of the non-formal education with the emphasis on the support of creativity, invention, entrepreneurship to achieve better state in the labour market through the application of the learning outcomes of the international youth project and base for further personal development.The project aims to foster the personal and professional development of young people by helping them to develop teamwork skills, initiative,leadership, communication, social and motivational skills within the international working environment. We want to contribute to the creation of more educated, professional, outgoing, open minded, critical, social youth that is aware of democracy and social rights and the importance of interpersonal skills.
